After pickup from your central Dubai hotel in the morning, settle inside your air-conditioned vehicle, and venture toward the UAE’s eastern coast.
Approach the Hajar Mountains through the desert, then travel through this arid yet stunning mountain range. On your way to Fujairah, pause at the "Friday Market" and explore the roadside shops selling food, handicrafts, rugs, and trinkets. If you like, you may buy some souvenirs there (own expense).
Arrive at the stunning, mountain-backed coastline after a roughly 3-hour trip and enjoy the sea vistas as you pass through the charming fishing communities of Khor Fakkan and Dibba.
Visit the Sandy Beach Hotel, which is located on a beach where the Gulf of Oman laps at the shore. Swim in the ocean or pool while enjoying lunch at the buffet restaurant.
After a proper rest, proceed to the oldest mosque in the United Arab Emirates, Al Bidiya. Visit this mud-and-brick mosque from the fifteenth century before going to the hilltop Fujairah fort. Learn how the picture-perfect fort was constructed in 1670 and refurbished in 2000 while admiring it from the enclosures.
Before heading back to Dubai, make a pit stop to visit the abandoned village's crumbling ruins. Your day will come to an end with a hotel drop-off at around 6:30 p.m.
